Enrollment will open August 1st. If you have questions regarding enrollment, please call the building in which your child will attend, Building offices open August 1st also.

Parker Elementary School's August Preschool Screening will be on Thursday, August 8 from 9am-11am and from 1pm-3pm. Please contact Janelle Davey at jdavey@pv362.org to make an appointment during those hours.

Don't forget that open enrollment applications for any non-resident student that was not a K-12 student at the end of the 23-24 school year at Prairie View is due by the end of June. District Office is closed on Fridays during the summer. So if you have questions or need the form make sure you contact us by the end of the day Thursday!

We have a special board meeting today, Thursday June 13, at 4:00 . Board meetings are held in the board room in the District Office.

USD 362 Prairie View is taking bids for Constuction Manager as Constructor for a daycare remodel. If you are interested, contact Chris Johnson at the district office either at cjohnson2@pv362.org or 913-757-2677 for additional information. Bids are due by Friday, June 14, at noon.

You Said....We Listened!

PES and LES 5th grade students visited PVMS today for the Step Up Event. Today these students learned about "Life H.A.C.S. for PVMS", got to practice and test their locker opening skills, visit with the counselor about scheduling options for next year, meet their 6th grade teachers, learn about the iPads that will be issued to students and the responsibilities that come with them, and meet the PVMS therapy dog, Poppy. We are excited to welcome the class of 2031 to PVMS in the fall. A special thanks to the 5th grade teachers, and PVMS staff who helped to facilitate this opportunity.

The MS Pioneer League track and field meet has been postponed (due to weather) from today to Monday, May 6th at 2pm at Wellsville. Thank you for your patience and flexibility.

Any Middle School or High School students that need a physical for next season/school year, listen up.... Sports Physicals will be held here at Prairie View on Tuesday, May 7th, if you would like to participate please pick up a sports physical form in the office. These forms will need to be filled out along with money ($20) and returned to the office by May 3rd!! Physicals are good from May 2024 to May 2025. Physicals are required for athletic participation.

Prairie View is hoping to partner with local ranchers and producers to potentially supply locally raised meat products to help support the Food Service program for the next school year. A link to the Participation Request is posted below if you wish to participate in the proposal process. Bids/proposals will be accepted through May 24th, 2024. Individual requests can also be sent via email by contacting the District Office to the attention of Todd Wollard at twollard@pv362.org. Dear Parents and Guardians, On Tuesday, May 14, all kindergarten through fifth grade parker students will be going bowling as an end of the year celebration! Baseball and Softball games originally scheduled for tonight, 3/26, have been postponed. Baseball will play on Wednesday, 3/27, at 4:30. Softball will play on 4/18, at 4:30.

PVMS Students will preform their Spring Play, Snow White and the Seven Endings, Thursday Evening, March 28th @ 7pm in the PAC. USD 362 students may attend for free, but should be accompanied by an adult. Entry Fee for adults is $5/ea. Come on out and enjoy the show!
