Parker Elementary Picture Retakes have been rescheduled for Tuesday, October 21st.

Absent Students: Students who were absent on the original picture day should come prepared to have their photo taken.
Retake Students: Students who are having their photo retaken must bring their original, complete picture packet back to the photographer on retake day. The original package will be exchanged for the new one once the new prints are ready.
New Students: Any student who has enrolled since the first picture day should also plan to have their portrait taken.

On Friday, September 26, Parker students will be going over to Prairie View High School for a homecoming pep rally. We will leave at about 1:30pm and return in plenty of time before the end of the school day.

The regularly schedule board meeting for August has been moved to August 26 at 7pm. The RNR hearing will be the same day at 6:30 with the budget hearing at 6:45. The hearings and the board meeting will be held at District Office in the Board Room.

Tonight is our "Back to School" evening event from 5:30-7pm at Parker Elementary. This is a chance to drop off supplies, meet our school staff, and enjoy a bowl of ice cream.
Parents, please be aware of this new school policy: Though we appreciate all of the great support from our Parker community, parents will no longer be permitted to walk students to classrooms other than on the first day of school. All visitors are still required to produce an ID if they have business beyond the front office (bringing treats, etc.). This is a safety concern and we appreciate your cooperation. If you have any questions, please contact Mr. Staab at the school.
