SPORTS PHYSICALS - Do not forget to get them this summer.
Required for all 7th - 12th graders participating in Athletics.
Parents, if you did not take advantage of the physicals offered by the school, do not forget that your child is required to have a complete physical on file with their respective school office, BEFORE they will be allowed to participate in any school athletic season including cheerleading. You can download the official KSHSAA Physical Form - PPE at the following link. Again these physicals must be completed by a physician and signed by BOTH the parent/guardian and the student to be valid.
For those students not participating in any extra curricular sports activities, physicals are NOT required.
