Enrollment Forms

2011-2012 Enrollment

Below is a list of highlights and forms which will be mailed out:

Packets will be mailed at the end of July.
Patrons may elect to mail/drop off forms and payment or they may bring filled out forms with them to centralized enrollment (attendance to centralized enrollment is not necessary if forms and payment are supplied).
New students to the district will need to attend centralized enrollment.
Centralized enrollment will take place from 1pm-8pm on Thursday, August 4, 2011 in the Prairie View High School Gym. All district level personnel and administrative services will be on hand to answer any questions.
We have a web-based credit card payment to add an extra convenience not only at enrollment, but for anytime during the school year.
